Ascent Trip ReportThe peak is in the Los Coyotes Indian Reservation, and access to it is granted only on weekends. After paying a $9 fee at the entrance station, With my 2000 Toyota Avalon, I drive to within about 3/4 of a mile of the summit, after which I could not get the car up a steep section. Beautiful views from the top.
