Ascent Trip Report

Parked along the scenic bywy where there was a small sign and parking area outlined by small rocks. Originally I was going to do this peak the previous day but didn't have enough time with afternoon buildup. Then the plan was to do White Mtn on this day but a big storm was to hit in a couple hours which didn't allow for enough time to safely complete white mtn. So decided to get this peak in before the storm came. On the west side of the road, the terrain gets steeper quickly. I traversed a bit around Limestone Peak for easier footing and grade. I would get Limestone Peak on the way back. Spent a good half hour at the summit. Signed the register. Found the benchmark and two reference marks. Returned the same way but a more direct route via Limestone Peak.
