Ascent Trip Report

Wonderful hike on the Tripyramid loop. We chickened out and took the Scaur trail bypassing the North slide on the way up, the South slide was interesting on the way down. Took a fair amount of concentration, but it wasn't particularly tough. A long trip (12 miles), but at the first (and last) 2 miles are a wide open road. One of my wife's favorite hikes in the Whites so far. Total trip 12.03 miles 6 hrs 13 minutes total ascent 3025
