Ascent Trip Report

NEO40 group.
Hiked up Starr King Trail. Very nice forest. Trail goes immediately up, up, up no easing into things here. A couple inches of snow on the ground and icy patches made the trail slick. Put on microspikes and made it up no problem. Went over Mount Starr King passed a nice fireplace and summitted Mt Waumbec. Cold with Winter-like conditions on and near the top. Returned the same way.
