Ascent Trip Report

Parked at PCT Parking Lot off highway (where the old CA Highway 39 intersects CA Highway 2). Went up PCT Trail to Little Jimmy Campground and then up to summit on Islip Summit Trail. Trail was well maintained. Summit included the remains of a cabin. Signed register. Was getting windy at the summit, but once down on the inland side of the ridge, it calmed down.
