Ascent Trip Report

Getting to the Bonanza trailhead proved a bit challenging in my Honda Civic - I'd say it's about as bad a road as I would take with that car. Once on the trail, it was clear and easy to follow, though there were so many switchbacks that I got quite sick of them by the end of the hike. There were some moderately steep sections, but for the most part it wasn't bad. The place to branch off from the Bonanza trail was clearly marked (its at the first switchback going down, on the far side of the mountain).
