Ascent Trip ReportShort bushwack in a residential district.
From New Brunswick area of New Jersey travel south on hwy 1, (passing exit on the right to Franklin) for about 9 miles as the road reaches a height of land and a stop light at Sandhills Road ...... large blue tank signed South Brunswick and Mcdonalds on this corner. Turn right on Sandhills Road to Woodgate Drive on the left (pass Sand Forest and Pinter on left). Drive up Woodgate to the 4th house on the left .....the High Point is behind the house on the wooded higher land, a short bushwack of 50 yards. Get permission to cross the private property.
Alternately, you can bushwack in open woods a short distance from Sands Hills Road staying behind the houses on Woodgate Drive.
