Ascent Trip ReportDrive up, a short walk to a wooded summit besides a road, no views of NY city.
Woke up to heavy rain, after breakfast at the Hotel we checked our Emails. Rain subsided, we found our way to the Staten Island Expressway 278, exit 12 and travelled South on Todt Hill road for 1km to a height of land and a wide driveway on the right (just past the stop light at Ocean Terrace Road).
Walk up the driveway to the High Point behind the fenced-in Communication Tower, signed "Crown Communication Inc." Wooded area, no views. This greatly disappointed me, being NY City, I was expecting a tourist area with a super view of the City.
