Ascent Trip ReportNorth Twin trail. foggy and hot. Got to trailhead just as another hiker was leaving and left about 10 min. behind. 1st crossing looked wet so took the "high water" trail and avoided first 2 crossings. Got to 3rd and the previous hiker and a ranger were on the island. Hiker directed me upstream to a dry crossing. Ranger passed me shortly after carrying a sign and not liking the humid conditions. Passed him 15 min later while he was off the trail checking a campsite. Didn't see him again until coming back from South. Completely soaked in sweat at end. time 6:00
