Ascent Trip ReportHot! Hot! Hot! the trail was good but day was hot and went through two bladders of water. Took the beaver Meadow Brook trail up to the saddle of Armstrong and Gothis and hit Gothic first. Lots of black flys. The view was unreal! made way back to the split and then hit Armstrong another great view! No one really on the trail but a few diehards. From the parking lot to the Ausable club 20 minutes from the club to the trail head 40 minutes, from the trail head to the saddle 3 hours and 50 minutes. Down was faster same way in and out.
