Ascent Trip Report

Camped in Lower Leroy Basin (5,400ft) due to lightning storms. Upper Leroy Basin camp demolished with avalanche debris and exposed. We flagged near side of boulder fields for easier return. Trail across basin to saddle fairly easy to follow. Routefinding necessary above Upper Ice Lake on back side of Maude up to broad summit ridge where boot path can be followed up to top.
