Ascent Trip ReportQuick dayhike. Missed the correct Wolfpen Gap the first time and hiked about a mile on the wrong trail. Getting near dark and running out of time used the forest road to short cut the trail from Wolfpen Gap and started at instead Wildcap Gap at around elevation 3748 according to USGS. Very steep ascent to summit. So late in day - cloudier conditions prevailed and views were only fair.
