Ascent Trip Report

Summer ski trip with Pete. Its tough to find snow in the San Juans this time of year, the permanent snowfield on Gladstone is the perfect place.

Pete was hurting by the time we hit the snow and I was half way up already so I finished it out - great view of Wilsons from up there!

did some snowboarding on the way down and slogged out for brews at Smugglers. Part of the 17 months of consecutive San Juan skiing with Pete. I decided that I didnt need to go up gladstone for 15 turns again so I ended the streak......
