Ascent Trip Report

Difficult climb with difficult team; Adventure Consultants Mark Sedon was guide and good; delays in Chile due to weather; ended up losing 2 climbers (who turned back at Patriot Hills) due to delays and loss of timing; Nutcase named Adrian Budge was a poorly trained climber in good shape; first real climb; ceo of some port producer; aristocrat with attitude; made life difficult all the way up and almost sabotaged the trip by forcing us to climb a day earlier than scheduled; still summited

Very cold to -30C in tent after climb; felt hypothermic, but recovered; difficult coming down with wet feet in boots; climb up the fixed lines was tough; I was very much physically out of shape (probably 30 pounds overweight), so made it a very difficult trip, but successful
