Ascent Trip ReportUp the Laura Cowles, down the Sunset Ridge with a side trip to Cantilever Rock. Took about an hour fifteen up (an hour from the trailhead), and about the same down. The trail was a lot steeper than I ever expected, with a lot of sections requiring the use of my hands. There were a lot of people at the top, and the views weren't all that great because of all the humidity in the air... Slipped a few times on my way down since I was climbing with running shoes and the rocks were wet. Fell on my butt once and slammed my knee into the mud once; thank got it wasn't rock. Was a pretty fun climb though.
