Ascent Trip ReportI did this as a drive-up kind of on a whim after doing Islip and Kratka earlier in the day. There are about 20 huge radio towers on top that made the radio in my car go a little crazy. The observatory was closed and, frankly, aside from getting to tick the box that says I climbed this peak, it was basically a waste of time.
