Ascent Trip Report

This was a tough hike! On the way up, we chose to go through the pass South of the summit, then down the other side into the canyon that leads up to the summit. While there were cairns, the best route would be to take the Bonanza trail lower until it intersects the main southwest canyon and follow the canyon to the summit.

Note: the trail has moved since the topo map was made - the Bonanza trail now does not descend nearly as much as is portrayed on the topo.
