Ascent Trip Report

In my estimation, it's best to start at McCloud Camp and head north up the drainage, then climb up the peak's east side to the summit (I started west of McCloud Camp and descended the SE side of the mountain, both of which were too much effort and had too much brush). The mountain has two summit blocks which are about the same elevation; however, the southernmost one appears to be the high point. Also, the summit block requires several exposed, class 4 friction moves up a sloping slab in order to get to the top. I did not find a summit register.
