Ascent Trip Report

Highway was closed beyond Bunny Flats. Walked up the road to Panther Meadows and then bushwhacked to ridge top and along to summit. Still deep snow on the ridge - probably 10-12 feet. Made for an entertaining hike along the ridge top, with some scrambling here and there. Fun hike in the spring snow. Probably a little more challenging now than later in the summer. Great views of Shasta from the summit.
