Ascent Trip Report

I'm not sure if others will want to take my route to our trailhead for three reasons
1. A sign indicated that a permit from the Hualapai Indian Reservation was needed, though I'm not clear for what, since I didn't camp or even hike on the reservation- I parked at the edge of the reservation and crossed into BLM land.
2. We had to cross a barbed wire fence to get into BLM land- if the fence got repaired that could be difficult.
3. We walked about a mile down the road from the fence- driving in from the other side would have saved that walk

That said, the road in through the reservation was in great shape (high clearance was needed once we left Buck and Dow road, but it was a good road). Looking at the satellite images, it looks like the road on the other side meets up with the road on Google Maps that goes through Crozier Spring, Easter Tank, Dutchman Tank, and Flat Rock Spring, but since I didn't take that road, I have no idea the condition, or if there are access issues there as well.

Taking the ridge was straightforward enough- there was some bushwhacking, but it wasn't too bad.
