Ascent Trip Report

Today was one of wild turkey, first a flock crossing Webster Rd near the Appalachian Trail at my descent from Baldy Mtn, then a pair at the former CCC camp on my way to Beartown ATV trail head. An easy trail circuit, with summit bushwhacks along mostly frozen ground and a mostly melted flurry from the night before, the driest winter ever, no snow even up high so the woods are quite simple walks!
