Ascent Trip Report

I didn't see any trace of trail on my way up, but fortunately gaining and following the ridgeline wasn't difficult (just a couple of class 3 spots). The view from the summmit was incredible in scope - I could see a very long stretch of the Northshore road as it wound around the lake. The view of the bowl of fire was great, but not as close-up as it was from Murphy's peak. On the way down, I did spot a few cairns, so a "trail" does/did exist for those who want to take the trouble to try to find it.
