Ascent Trip Report

Parked in the area at the end of Big Hollow Road. Took Black Dome Range Trail (Red) to Batavia Kill Trail (Yellow) to the Escarpment Trail (Blue) to the summit. Back down the western side via Black Dome Range Trail (Red).

Saw quite a few people coming up the western side as we were on the way back down, including a few 3500 Club officers/notables. Clear day, always beautiful views from the summit, as well as the ascent and descent. This is one of my favorite hikes in the Catskills.
