Ascent Trip ReportThis was my attempt to break the all time record on half dome from the valley at happy isles. I had tried three times prior with my best time being 2:48:34 trailhead to summit and back. This time I was better trained and ready for the challenge. The record at the time was 2:38. I made it up in 1:32 and change and came down in just under 58 min to make the total 2:30 and change beating the record by 8 min
