Ascent Trip ReportChristopher, Dianne, Emily, Jim, and Paul.
Mountain Road - Andrew Brook Trail - Lake Solitude - Lake Solitude Trail - Sunapee. 6.12 miles. 1,670 feet of elevation gain. 2:40 moving / 4:20 total.
Overcast with big fluffy flakes at the start. River crossings were relatively easy. Ice on the trail made it slippery in spots. Ski area was open. Clouds burned-off and the sun came out while we were at the summit. The ice softened and the snow melted away at the lower elevations.
