Ascent Trip ReportSecond of 4 state highpoints. Visited Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, Black Hills. Neat towns of Custer and Hill City. Harney Peak was a nice easy hike up to a tower. Found benchmarks on summit rocks- ate lunch. Beautiful day. Highpoint #16
