Ascent Trip Report

Park on the col at Puerto de la Quesera. WE ignored the signed route up the ridge and walked on the forest track which skirted it and essentially contoured round. After they merged the ground steepened sharply and we went up a path/stream in the fire break heading for the sky line. The route emerged onto a high pasture with pleasant walking along the shoulder gaining height steadily. On gaining the summit ridge the top can be seen with a burned out structure nearby. Full 360 degree views with a plain in one direction, but mountains in the rest. Had lunch while waiting for the atmospheric cloud to clear, before beginning the descent.
