Ascent Trip ReportThis was a continuation after we completed Porter. Views were 360 degrees and endless. Have never seen views so beautiful when hiking before. Couldn't have asked for better weather and weekend then the one I had with my son. Only wish my other son would hike with us. We descended quickly and then took my son to see and drive up Whiteface Mt. He's never been to the ADK's before. Was great to see him so excited. We tent camped and had some nice fires at night under a sky full of stars. We'll be back.
