Ascent Trip ReportSee TR for Giant Ledge. A few breathtaking overlooks, like GL. A few easy scrambles between GL and Panther. Very few hikers on Panther compared to GL on a gorgeous fall weekend. When I went, during peak of fall foliage, about 10 hikers were on GL summit, 30!! on the path between the PA and GL summit, yet only 2 hikers on panther! Summit sign on summit. Didnt descent to fox hollow past 3500'. Returned to GL PA. Picked up snickers bar wrapper from careless hiker. Blood pumping scrambles after col.
