Ascent Trip Report

Wow this is gorgeous. The trail was short but blood pumping. The summit was wide and bare similiar to hurricane. Talked to another 46er up there and some guy and his son pursuing the saranac 6. The are two USGS benchmarks up there and a plaque (am i spelling plaque right, or is this the spelling of tooth plaque, dunno?) of a hermit of the mountain up there. I saw the bolts of the old firetower but i didnt see any of the pieces, i read somewhere it was stashed below the summit somewhere, I looked but didnt see it so not sure if it was removed. On the descent i moved aside for some young hot thing coming up and once she passed and an exchange of pleasantries i looked behind to check her out and slipped like an a-hole and fell. She asked if i was ok, I was so embarressed and hustled down in shame.
