Ascent Trip Report

My first multi-pitch climb led by Adam Walker. He was patient while I was learning. Our route started from Alpental hiking above source lake to snow arching South that lead up a notch on the South face. Some easy class 2-3 traverses SW slope to get to the first belay station (Pineapple Pass). Many other friendly groups were up there. 4 pitches of 5.4 up to the summit, 4 rappels back to Pineapple Pass with 2 additional rappels down onto snow for a total of 6 rappels. Perfect weather and conditions the whole way.
