Ascent Trip Report

Up from CCC road. Trailhead sign indicated 1.2mi to summit, which is far from correct. A little more than 2 miles each way. No canister to be found, even after 30 minute search.
Extremely slippery roots and rocks in the pouring rain we had here today.
Ran the entire round trip in 1:20.
