Ascent Trip ReportHiked up with Sarah Keats. She parked her car along the Kanc. Hiked up Greely Ponds Trail to Osceola Trail. Very steep ascent up East Osceola. Got to learn how crampons are better then microspikes when there is a layer of snow above the icy surface. I had to do more scrambling while Sarah went slow and steady up. Went over to Osceola after E. Osceola. On the way back down E. Osceola, got to buttslide down. Had to dodge other people on the way down. Got to hop over exposed rocks while sliding down. Also hit a tree on the hip on the way down, which left a bruise. Fun times.
