Ascent Trip Report

Parked on the minor road to the south of the hill. Decided to go the quick way via Upper Cilgee farm. In the farm yard asked permission to go via the mast to the footpath. Owner /worker said yes after much 'this is not a footpath' and ended with 'just this once'. So up to the mast but not to the footpath instead a westerly direction keeping out of sight of the farm. Reached the first top and then carried on to the second. Decided to go the long way back taking in the trig point. The paths were tricky to follow through saturated fields and did in one instance disappeared altogether. Still completed both tops so shouldn’t have to return.
