Ascent Trip Report

We left the TH at 5:13 a.m. with head lamps. By the time we hit 1900'in Palo Verde Wash we'd had the lamps off for a bit. At 1900' we gained a ridge which we followed over point 3686', where we had to descend back down to the wash and head back up to the ridge leading over Marble Peak and finally the summit. There are two bumps up there and the high point was (of course) the second one. Fantastic views. Including both summit times (there is a register on Marble Peak) the hike took us about eleven hours.
