Ascent Trip ReportOriginal hike for Baden-Powell. Decided to summit Throop bc of time and distance to BP.
Hiked with John Quan.
Brought:
5 liters water, 2 sandwiches, bars and gu gel.
Used:
2-3 liters water, ate both sandwiches, 3-4 gu gels.
Very nice hike. Beautiful scenery, great wildflowers. Very steep hike but covered/ shaded a good portion of the way. great saddle views. Windy Gap is fantastic.
Would hike to Baden-Powell again with slower group as lead.
