Ascent Trip ReportWent the standard route as an up and back. This really is a burner! One of the steepest extended climbs I've been on,, most of the 2000 feet elevation game is a straight shot in less than a mile. Not much exposure per se` but it was steep. Rough rock that'll chew up shoes. in the end,, great views from here on all sides.
We parked in the Park just off 215 and Cheyenne,, the old gravel road is pretty much closed and inaccessible now. (I think has been for a while)… next time may try to loop in Woody Peak or Gottlieb.
