Ascent Trip ReportFrom Redington, we took a fairly obvious herd path to the top of south crocker. The herd path is fairly tight in spots which wreaked havoc with my large pack and sleeping pad. The only real tricky spot of the herd path was when you come to a worker road in the cul between south crocker and redington. if you are heading towards south crocker from redington, when you hit the road, go DOWN in elevation for about 100 yards on the road, you will see a cairn on you right where to reenter the woods. Id you are heading for Radington from south crocker and hit the road, head UP the road 100 yards before reentering the woods.
