Ascent Trip ReportMy first 4 am start with Don Berens. On the trail at 6:05, 68° and 100% humidity! The sweat was profuse and led to the notion of a poem rendition of 'The dehydration of Tom Hart' modeled after 'The cremation of Sam McGee'.
The trip was modified from an original plan to go to New Russia based on the probability of thunderstorms in the afternoon on the exposed ridge
Finish time 1320 for a fast-paced hike. Finished with a long swim in Chapel Pond
