Ascent Trip Report

Trail was muddy after 12 inches of rain over the past 3 weeks. Weather was perfect this day however. Eileen's shoe fell apart during the first mile. Patrick had duck tape from his survival kit that help to hold it together for a while. Area of Rock quarry was amazing with a wonderful sitting area made with stone and great views. After we reach the notch and turned up devils path to Twin we reach the first view. The trail required scrambling and Brian, Charissa, Leslie and Eileen decide that was far enough. The rest of the group made it to the top. The kids did a great job.
