Ascent Trip Report

Dirt 4WD roads head towards the summit, but there are several elevation gains and losses, especially a 900ft drop into the south fork of the Little Humbolt River. I attempted to shorten the distance by cross-country travel in order to avoid winding roads,
but bushwacking through waist high sagebrush proved more tedious, so I followed the roads on the return. Observed several deer and hawks. Summit registry in a glass jar. Ascent quality a 5 due to length of travel and elevation gain and loss.
