Ascent Trip Report

Cascade & Porter: Pretty good hike for newbies. very consistent grade. Figure 4.5-5 hours rountrip. Probably could do it in 3-3.5 if seasoned hiker. Mud in the col was very bad, while the rest of the trail was good. Summit Porter first, get good view of Cascade and some high peaks. Cascade offers 360 degree views which are fantastic for such a short hike.
