Ascent Trip ReportStarting from Avalon trail at the Highland Ctr of AMC, then A-Z trail, then Mt tom Spur to Mt tom, Then Wiley rRange Trail to Mt Field, then Mt wiley then Kedron Flumer trail, with a lot of very steep stairs with at least a undred stair steps. The cross the road 302 to take the Sam Wiley trail, then the Webster Gulf Trail. Very steep, and difficult trail. Better be in good shape to do it. Then the Webster brook trail, then E=Webster-Jackson trail to the Highland Ctr. Don't be fooled by the fact that Webster Mt is not a 4000 footer. There is a lot of ups and down (like the Wildcats). It was demanding and I was exhausted when I got to the Highland Ctr. I started off with 4 liters of waters and I ran out of water although it wasn't a hot day, actually the first half of the day was rainy. I cancelled my hike for the day after and decided to take a day off to refill my energy.
