Ascent Trip ReportTough climb for me, made it through feeling well though. As for some in my group they could not say the same. This was my first glacier peak and chance to climb with a rope team. The training was very beneficial as I nearly plunged through a hidden crevasse just about half way up the ascent. The view at the top was great and I was so proud to have made it. The feeling at the top was unlike any other and I recall how negative my attitude was while climbing and wishing I was in better shape but pushing past those feelings was one of my greatest feats.
