Ascent Trip Report... climbed from a heavy fog into a blue sky & warm sunlight when reaching Long Trail, the summit's lower bushwack was an open country of deer yard and herd paths some reaching up into & thru thicker terrain with the bright red summit canister almost hidden away at distance; the descent back to the Forest Rd was a quick fun steep jog down with poles for weight bearing & balance along a mostly grassy trail back into a foggy valley bottom.
