Ascent Trip Report

10:00am - Parked at North Twin trailhead parking lot / Haystack rd. Bushwhacked straight to The Nubble. There was a pretty good set of cliffs that we managed to find routes through/up.
11:20am - The Nubble summit. Continued bushwhacking up the ridge to Nubble Peak.
11:40am - Nubble Peak summit. There was finally somewhat of a trail as we approached the Nubble Peak summit. Signed the log book. Continued toward North Twin (bushwhack).
2:30pm - North Twin summit. OMG - tough bushwhack at the end. Most of the ridge is pretty clear due to a very high concentration of moose (saw 1). When we reached the North Twin summit (50+ mph winds), we decided to descend the trail rather than continue to South and on (good decision).
4:30pm - Back at the car.
