Ascent Trip ReportA very primitive trailhead with no signs to lead the way but a small Appalachian Trail boundary marker in woods off the road. The further descent along undeveloped Ahalt Drive shows faint Blue paint blazes with the AT relocated further down the trail to a now obvious junction. The hike is otherwise straightforward with narrowed views east along the way leading to a short bushwack from the AT up and into West Virginia.
