Ascent Trip ReportTom and I decided to bag this point on our descent from Langley since it was so close. My GPS Go-To feature pointed to the rocky out crop just above the highpoint. My map reading skills told me this was not the point, but since the GPS pointed that way I figured it must be behind the rock outcrop. Upon scaling the rock outcrop the GPS indicated the point was still 1/4 mile to the northeast. Tom and I both new that could not be. So we decided to go asend the point just South of us that we figured was the point, and on the way the GPS finally updated its direction pointing directly at the correct point. Not the first time I haved ended up on the wrong peak looking over at the correct peak :-).
