Ascent Trip Report

Ascended Cirque Peak via Army Pass with Tom Strauch. Nice day, cool with light wind. Army Pass is nothing like all the write-ups I see on it. It is good trail, nicer than some maintained trails. Left our camp on Muir Lake at 8:00 AM, arived on Peak at around 12:00 noon. Since it was cool and my brimed hat was wet from the pervious nights rain I was wearing my beany, forgot about it until on the way down. Result was a badly burnt nose.
