Ascent Trip ReportStart from Logan Pass parking lot in Glacier Park. Follow Hidden Lake trail to high saddle. Leave trail and head south towards Reynolds Mountain. Hike along base of west face then ascend second gully and attain goat trail on north face. This is known as the north face diagonal. Hike goat trail to east shoulder. Hike around and find chute to scramble up on east side. Small summit area, and very windy day. Descend south scree slope, then follow trail back around west side and back to Hidden Lake trail. South slope scree has been traveled so much that it is mostly dirt and not good scree. Ascent route is very popular and is practicaly a trail. Climb is only 2 to 3 hours, and thats taking it easy!
